Job Description:

As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales and presence. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance our online store’s performance, ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective online marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Analyze website traffic and users’ engagement metrics, and use this data to optimize site content and layout for improved sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage product listings, descriptions, and images, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all online channels.
  • Monitor and report on eCommerce trends and competitors’ activities, providing insights for strategic planning.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any customer queries or complaints promptly.
  • Work with the IT department to troubleshoot technical issues on the eCommerce platform and improve website functionality and user experience.
  • Assist in the development and management of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize the eCommerce budget, ensuring maximum ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
